Rolip Ltd is a cost reduction specialist focused on reducing expenses within organisations. Our mission is – To Save Time & Money, Increasing both Cash Flow and Profitability. The premise being that organisations can focus on revenue whilst Rolip looks after all areas of overhead spend (such as telephony, utilities, office supplies, insurance, building maintenance etc.), i.e. outsourcing the cost management and supplier search.

Key is that we remain independent of the suppliers that we recommend to our clients with our focus purely on providing the most appropriate solution.

To achieve the above we following a set procedure, as follows:

1. Confirm client requirements and desired outcomes – the current products and services received together with future business needs, in terms of quality, quantity, delivery, and communication channels.
2. Gather supplier data - collect copy invoices and/or contacting current suppliers to gather purchasing data.
3. Tender - prepare a supplier brief and issue to leading business suppliers.
4. Report – issue cost saving report including recommended new suppliers, confirmed pricing, service levels and the implementation process.
5. Implement – assist client to transfer to new suppliers (if required).
6. Monitor - ensure that suppliers meet their commitments on an on-going basis.

The true value of Rolip is efficiency and guaranteed delivery. With an investment of approximately 2-3 hours in time (initial meeting and reviewing the report) over a 4 to 6 week period, clients receive a full analysis of expenditure with the means to achieve immediate cash flow benefits. The average saving is over 22%. Further, as our purchasing power is equal to the combined value of all our clients (and those of business partner Total Purchasing Solutions Ltd), we are able to deliver greater savings.

Our fee is based solely as a percentage of the savings that we generate, charged at 33% of the quantified savings for the first year of the contract, and charged monthly across the year.
